These terms govern your use of hylandia.net and the Hylandia Hytale server network, operated by Hylandia LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company ("Hylandia," "we," "us"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be able to create and use a Hytale account under Hytale's own terms to use Hylandia. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use our services.

Your account

You sign in to Hylandia using "Sign in with Hytale." You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, and you should keep your Hytale account secure.

Acceptable use

When using Hylandia, you agree not to:

• Cheat, use unauthorized third-party software, or exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players or staff
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our servers
• Use our services for anything illegal, or to share illegal or harmful content

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion.

Store and virtual items

When our Store becomes available, purchases of virtual currency or items will be governed by these terms and our Refund Policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

Hylandia is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hylandia LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of Hylandia after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
