This policy explains what information Hylandia LLC ("Hylandia," "we," "us") collects when you use hylandia.net and our game servers, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you sign in with "Sign in with Hytale," Hytale gives us a stable, per-application anonymous account identifier for you. It does not include your email address or Hytale account ID. If you grant the profile permission, we also receive your in-game username.

We store, in connection with your account:

• Your Hytale-provided account identifier and username
• A display name, avatar, and email address, if you add them yourself
• Session information used to keep you signed in, including your IP address, browser user agent, and sign-in timestamps

We do not collect payment information directly. When our Store launches, payments will be handled by a third-party payment processor, and we will update this policy accordingly.

How we use your information

We use the information above to operate your account, keep you signed in, secure the service against abuse, and communicate with you about your account when necessary.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except to operate the service (such as our hosting and database providers) or when required by law.

Children's privacy

Hylandia is not directed at children under 13. Account creation goes through Hytale's own sign-in system, which applies its own age and consent requirements.

We keep session records until you sign out, they expire, or they are revoked. We keep account information for as long as your account exists.
